There are two ways of making plastic steel chain teeth

Injection molding: under a certain temperature, the completely molten plastic material is injected into the mold cavity at high pressure, after cooling and curing, the method of getting the molded products becomes injection molding. The molded chain teeth are fixed on the ribbed cloth through the injection molding process

Heating extrusion type: Heating extrusion is a composite processing process. The chain teeth are first shaped by heating, and then cut to form the tooth chain. Then the tooth chain is sent to the sewing machine for sewing, and the tooth chain is fixed on the cloth belt, such as the strengthened zipper.

Nylon chain tooth

Nylon chain tooth is one of the components of nylon zipper. The chain teeth are made of polyester as the main material. After the monofilament is wound, heated, beaten and formed by the molding machine, a continuous spiral tooth chain is formed, and then the chain teeth are sewed together on the cloth belt by the sewing machine. The chain tooth formed is soft, the surface is smooth, the pull is light and slippery, and it can be wound. Because the nylon chain teeth are formed in a continuous spiral shape, there is no single tooth displacement force in its physical properties. Nylon zippers can be used in a wide range of applications, but they are commonly used in sportswear, shoes, bedding, bags and tents. Female skirts, trousers on the invisible zipper, double bone zipper teeth are the use of nylon chain teeth.

The braided zipper without core wire also uses nylon chain teeth, which are light and thin and will not arch, so it becomes the best accessory material for high-grade trousers.
